Challenges with national funder’s new online submission system are causing extra admin and hampering projects
South Africa’s National Research Foundation has confirmed that “challenges” with its new online submission system have resulted in funding delays for some grantholders.
The delays affect grantholders with multi-year awards where the release of funds depends on annual progress reports being submitted, the NRF said.
