Research Excellence Framework team releases consultation summaries on Future Research Assessment Programme
The organisation responsible for designing the next Research Excellence Framework in 2029 has published an analysis of responses from the academic community to its initial proposals.
The initial decisions consultation summarises the reactions from the sector to the Future Research Assessment Programme (Frap) document produced in June 2023. That document highlighted the proposed shift in REF 2029 towards “a broader and more holistic approach to research assessment”, the REF team said.
