Labour conference: Shadow science secretary says move would allow “long-term partnerships to form”
Shadow science secretary Peter Kyle has promised 10-year R&D funding settlements under a Labour government.
Speaking at the Labour Party conference on 9 October, Kyle said the “chaos and instability” of the past 13 years of Tory governments was “bad for innovation and bad for investment too”.
