A failure to address diversity issues in research is ‘putting researchers at risk’, experts in the field have warned.

Speaking at a Research Professional News Live webinar, speakers highlighted the increased focus on equity, diversity and inclusion at research institutions, but said more progress was needed. The failure to properly address EDI issues did not just exclude colleagues, but also actively endangered some of them, they warned.
